In line with the upcoming end of the current Rector’s term at the Indonesian Institute of the Arts (ISI) Surakarta on October 5, 2025, the ISI Surakarta Rector Election Committee announces the initiation of the selection process for Rector candidates for the 2025–2029 period.
The selection process, from initial screening to the final appointment of the new Rector, will be conducted in accordance with Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology, and Higher Education No. 19 of 2017 on the Appointment and Dismissal of State University Leaders, as amended by Regulation No. 21 of 2018, and ISI Surakarta Senate Regulation No. 1 of 2025 dated April 21, 2025, regarding the Procedures for the Election of Rector Candidates at ISI Surakarta.
In this regard, ISI Surakarta invites Civil Servant Lecturers and Echelon II.a Officials from all public universities who meet the requirements to apply as candidates in the selection process.
