Universitas Pembangunan Nasional (UPN) “Veteran” Jakarta has announced an extension of the registration period for the open selection of the High Leadership Position (Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama) for the position of Head of Planning, Finance, and General Affairs Bureau. This extension is effective from May 7 to May 15, 2025, as stated in the letter from the Secretary General of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology No. 0583/A.A3/KP.05.01/2025 dated May 2, 2025.

In response to the upcoming end of the current term of the Director of the Indonesian State Maritime Polytechnic (Polimarin) on August 12, 2025, the Polimarin Director Election Committee announces an extension of the candidate selection period for the 2025–2029 term.
This election process refers to Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology, and Higher Education No. 19 of 2017 on the Appointment and Dismissal of Leaders of State Higher Education Institutions, as amended by Regulation No. 21 of 2018, as well as Polimarin Senate Regulation No. 1 of 2025 concerning the Procedures for the Election of the Director of Polimarin for the 2025–2029 Term.
In relation to the extended registration period, the Election Committee invites Lecturers from all public universities who meet the requirements to submit their candidacy for the position of Director of Polimarin.

In line with the upcoming end of the current Rector’s term at the Indonesian Institute of the Arts (ISI) Surakarta on October 5, 2025, the ISI Surakarta Rector Election Committee announces the initiation of the selection process for Rector candidates for the 2025–2029 period.
The selection process, from initial screening to the final appointment of the new Rector, will be conducted in accordance with Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology, and Higher Education No. 19 of 2017 on the Appointment and Dismissal of State University Leaders, as amended by Regulation No. 21 of 2018, and ISI Surakarta Senate Regulation No. 1 of 2025 dated April 21, 2025, regarding the Procedures for the Election of Rector Candidates at ISI Surakarta.
